The Rug Company Rugs now at perch.

we are thrilled to announce that we are carrying rugs by The Rug Company at perch.  

The Rug Company has called on designers and artists from varying disciplines to create a diverse array of collections...

we are constantly inspired by the fashion world with our design projects so carrying their collection of incredible rugs designed by some of our favorite fashion icons makes perfect sense.

Here are some of our favorites designed by the incredible Alexander McQueen before he passed away in 2010.  

The line also includes pillows made of Tibetan wool.

McQueen's line also incorporates wallhangings like this one of hummingbirds.  Love!

and here is the rug version on black.  

British fashion designer Paul Smith also designed a collection for The Rug Company including this vibrant one called "Swirl."

The Rug Company has also orchestrated collections by well known visual/studio artists as well including Emily Todhunter who began her career in 1988 as a specialist painter and is now respected for her elegant designs and use of luxurious materials.

 And artist Fiona Curran encapsulated her art of abstract collages in her series... especially this one called Zap...

Interior designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby were called upon to design a series. 

I love this installation from The Rug Company's headquarters from a couple of years ago taken by Heather Clawson for Habitually Chic...  

And here is one of my all time favorites by one of my very favourite designers Kelly Wearstler we had here at perch before delivering to one of our favorite clients...
